Leaders in UX Design masterclass workshops seminars courses

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts between

Leaders in UX Ltd.,
Varna, Bulgaria
(hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”)
and the respective client (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) for UX/UI services, web design, web development, app design, graphic design, content writing, consulting, and related services.

 

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Service Provider offers services in the areas of User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI), web design, web development, app design, UX audits, graphic design, content writing, and digital consulting. The specific scope of services is defined in the respective individual offer.

 

3. Legal Compliance and Responsibility

The Service Provider does not provide legal advice and assumes no responsibility for the legal compliance of the delivered services, particularly with regard to data protection (e.g., GDPR), copyright, the German Telemedia Act (TMG), e-commerce law, or similar regulations.

The Client is solely responsible for the legal review, approval, and adaptation of the delivered work (e.g., legal notices, privacy policies, cookie banners, fonts, images, texts).

This applies both during the course of the project and after its completion.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any legal deficiencies, cease and desist letters, fines, or claims by third parties in connection with the use of the delivered services.

 

4. Liability

The liability of the Service Provider is limited to intentional and grossly negligent breaches of duty.

For cases of simple negligence, the Service Provider is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), and even then only for foreseeable, typical damages.

Any further liability—especially for indirect damages, lost profits, or legal consequences resulting from the use of the deliverables—is excluded.

 

5. Acceptance and Project Completion

Upon project completion, the work shall be deemed accepted unless the Client reports significant defects in writing within 7 business days.

Upon acceptance, responsibility for the continued use, maintenance, and legal compliance of the work is fully transferred to the Client.

 

6. Copyright and Usage Rights

After full payment, the Service Provider grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the deliverables, unless otherwise agreed.

All other rights remain with the Service Provider.

 

7. Final Provisions

The law of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.

The place of jurisdiction is Varna, Bulgaria, provided the Client is a merchant or business entity.

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
